Marinade
- Coat chicken, meat or vegetables for at least 30 minutes
in a glass bowl or bag.Bake or broil according to your recipe.
Delicious as an accompaniment or main dish.
Dips
and Spreads - Add a tablespoon to sour cream
or cream cheese and try with chips, crackers, raw vegetables
or bread.
Sandwich
spread - Curry is a low fat alternative to mayonnaise
on sandwiches. Try it with turkey, chicken or just plain
vegetables for a healthy treat.
Skillet
meals / Stir Fry - Curry is excellent as a seasoning
